High season is July 1st to October 31st.
Middle season is June and September.
Low season is November 1st to Memorial Day weekend.
High season rates apply for Holidays and Special events.
Weekends and Holidays during the high season require a two night minimum.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person in room is $25/nite. Rollaway beds are available. State and local taxes of 9.7% will be added. Rates are subject to change.

  • Deposit is one night's stay. The balance is due at check in. We accept Visa & MasterCard.
  • Cancellation is 30 days for reservations in July & August, 14 days for all other times. For cancellations with enough notice, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $20 administrative fee. For cancellations within the 30 or 14 day notice periods, the deposit will be charged.
  • Check in is 3pm to 9pm. Please call in advance if you need to arrange a late check in.
  • Check out is 11am. We are happy to store your luggage for you.
  • Breakfast is from 8am to 10am. If you require a different meal time for business, travel or a special function, please let us know.
  • Children 12 and over are welcome
  • Quiet Hours are from 11pm until 8am
  • Office Hours are from 10am to 9pm.
  • For everyone’s comfort, please, no smoking, candles, cooking or pets.
